As you might notice, Gun Runner is no longer in the Cabin Fever playlist and it has been replaced with Khandor Hideout. All these small maps will allow players to engage in gunfights almost as soon as they spawn. Therefore, players need to be ready right from the get-go.
Modern Warfare Cabin Fever playlist game modes
These are the game modes that have been added to the playlist. Keep in mind that Cabin Fever is similar to Mosh Pit.

- Kill Confirmed
- Team Deathmatch
The hardcore game mode has replaced Headquarters which was present in the previous playlist.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare fans who wanted to experience fast gameplay can now enjoy the Cabin Fever playlist update. As a bonus, Cranked mode has now replaced Drop Zone. Therefore, each time you get a kill, you get a boost in speed. However, if you fail to kill another enemy within the given time, you explode. Additionally, these three things have been removed with the latest update: Stir Crazy playlist, Realism Ground War, and Aniyah Palace from Ground War.
